About The Artist
Corinne Cass born 1965 resides in Thornhill, Markham. A Student of the arts for many years and an avid painter, she has always been intrigued with visual arts and has continued drawing and painting throughout her life. Working originally with acrylics, she decided to explore the challenges of water colours and discovered the never ending possibilities of this media. Recently showing her work at the Mackay Art Centre, she has also shown her work at the Toronto Botanical Gardens where she has won awards for her water colours of Orchids. She has won "First Place", "Best Water Colour" and "Best of Show" a number of times at numerous venues. Corinne is inspired by the beauty of nature. The details of a delicate flower, every speck of colour on an animals fur, on a birds wing and the spectacular texture of the bark on a tree.

The more you look, the more you see... Enjoy!
